CREATING MILESTONES AND BUILDING A RESUME

 

I'm not just a storyteller who talks about what stats an athlete has or what someone's win/loss record is, I'm a verbal illustrator who meticulously describes what makes the performer who he/she is during games and what drives a team to stardom.

 

My approach to my stories is this: I'm sitting at a coffee table with a group of friends or family and I'm describing - in detail - what I saw in the most concise and exciting way possible. It's one of the best ways to never lose your reader or bore your reader.

 

For photography, I allow one click of the finger to capture a stunning image of a game-altering play, an agonizing look of defeat or pure euphoria from the winning team.

 

In this ever-evolving journalism industry, I choose to ride with the new wave of technology. We're living in a world where versatility leads to many job possibilities and respect among your peers.

 

Since 2008, I've built a resume that has taken me to places like the NCAA Division I sports realm to doing television/radio interviews about the prep football scene. My writing and photography has turned me into a valuable resource for TV news stations, daily newspapers and fast-growing websites. I always strive for buzz-worthy content that gets between 10 to 1,000 people sharing my work.

 

My ultimate desire is to one day land at either Bleacher Report, NFL.com, ESPN or any major daily newspaper. My goal for this personal website is to allow it to become my in-depth resume featuring all that I've accomplished.
